The LightFry 12E Air Fryer delivers the fantastic, crisp, and tasty results of a standard fryer without the need for oil. Utilizing a two-stage cooking process, the LightFry first cooks your produce using high-temperature steam, which speeds up the overall cooking time. Subsequently, the LightFry employs hot, specifically dry air to further crisp up the food. This entire process occurs within the fryer's unique circular rotating cooking chamber. The combination of steam, hot air, and circular motion results in evenly cooked, crispy, and delicious food. Once finished, simply extract the cooking chamber and rotate it to empty your food into a GN pan of your choice.
