The Blizzard BPD3 gastronorm compatible prep counter accommodates 4 x 1/1GN containers in the well and includes a 135mm polypropylene cutting board for preparing sandwiches, salads, or other foods. The glass ambient over-display features a shelf for products such as crisps or takeout boxes. Constructed from stainless steel both inside and out, the refrigerated counter has rounded internal edges for easy cleaning and to prevent food debris from accumulating. Additional features include self-closing doors, an easily removable condenser for cleaning, and replaceable door gaskets.
