The Arris Grillvapor GV809C countertop radiant gas chargrill, fitted with a water humidifier system, has been specially designed for cooking poultry and meat products. The humidifier system keeps products moist while cooking and makes cleaning easier as the fat drops into the tray. The cooking deck has four height settings, providing greater flexibility.
